This fellow walked into a pub one night and proceeded to drink brew after brew not realizing the Dreadlord's minions had the bartender under their control and had him spiking his drinks with a magical elixir. This elixir put the poor fellow into a permanently drunk state. He now walks the Realms with his Keg, trying to hand out his own mugs to unsuspecting beer lovers...
