| Of the many evil things that dwell in Grefflian, the Degenerates are among the most disturbing. What the Degenerates are or were is unknown although some whisper they are cursed dwarfs or some sort of mutated dwarfs cast down into the pit where they unfortunately have survived and multiplied. |
