Stage 1 Minimum Level: 4225 Location:Quango Island (Festival) (11, 8) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	You wander through a festival on Quango Island and see people and fairies enjoying themselves and venerating the goofy local bird. Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves and marvelling at the Rainbow Quango who are wandering through the crowds, sticking their heads in tents and peoples bags, getting stuck.

Stage 2 Minimum Level: 4225 Location:Quango Island (Festival) (11, 8) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	Stifling laughter at the antics of the Rainbow Quangos, you hear voices, raised in anger! "it's plain! It needs jazzed up to be the symbol of this festival!" a man is shout into the face of another. "Nonsense, Theo! The headband is wonderful! You!" he says, pointing at you, "What do you think?"

Stage 3 Minimum Level: 4225 Location:Quango Island (Festival) (11, 8) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	"What's the issue?" you ask. Theo sputters and says "What does this Neanderthal know about fashion Burt?" At your outburst, the two quieten down quickly. "I said, what's the issue?" you say. Theo sighs. "Sorry. My friend here, Burt, thinks that the Headband we have for the festival is flashy enough. I disagree." He hands you the headband. "What do you think?"

Stage 4 Minimum Level: 4225 Location:Quango Island (Festival) (11, 8) Required Item: Fancy Headband Required Kills: None	You look over the the headband. "It's pretty enough but I gotta agree with Theo." Burt bristles a little. "How'd you fix it?" You look around with a perplexed look on your face. "The Rainbow Quango's feathers are gorgeous. Why not combine the two?" Burt and Theo both gape at you. "Could you bring us a feather please?"

Stage 5 Minimum Level: 4225 Location:Quango Island (Festival) (11, 8) Required Item: Glorious Rainbow Feather Required Kills: None	You return to the two men with a feather and say hello. "Ah! You have the feather?" They take the feather and put their heads together. Much muttering and wild gesticulating later and they turn to you. Take this and put it together. You'll need to buy a new Fancy Headband though!You receive 'Recipe of Glorious Rainbow Headdress'.

Stage 6 Minimum Level: 4225 Location:Quango Island (Festival) (11, 8) Required Item: Glorious Rainbow Headdress Required Kills: None

You return with the Glorious Rainbow Headdress. The men look up. Burt says "Do you have the headband?" The two of them look it over, running their hands over the feathers and generally giving the item intent scrutiny! They turn to you. "This is superb! When you're right, you're right! You should make one for yourself before we update the design for sale!" With that, they wander into the crowd, leaving you empty handed...You receive 128,494,082 XP.
