You step from the cool of the Umbrae Caverns into the searing heat of the Labreg Depths. As you walk through the savage heat you are surprised to find a delicate statue that appears to have been carved out of obsidian. Drawn to the strange statue, you wonder why someone would just leave such a magnificent piece of art in such a wild and desolate place. You flinch and draw your weapon when the statue blinks then turns towards you. 'It is rare to find a traveler in my Realm. My name is Risara and I am the Avatar of this fire domain. The Humans named it Labreg, I forget the meaning behind it. But I have grown fond of it nevertheless.' The dark statue then looks around at the boiling lava and shimmering heat haze, the light of the flames highlight her exquisite features. She says, 'I know that to most this is a harsh place, but it does have it's beauty. Although within the purity of the fires I have seen a growing darkness. I need to find and destroy this tarnishing of the flame, or I fear the darkness with eventually consume the light of the fires if left unchecked.' Risara's gaze returns to you, 'Don't get me wrong, there is always a part of fire that has a hunger to it. I understand this more than most. But that hunger has grown and is now twisting the my entire domain. Even my own Lava Elementals no longer heed my voice. Would you please help me find out why?'

Stage 2 Minimum Level: 1161 Location:Labreg Depths (Shimmer) (4, 9) Required Item: Ember of Darkness Required Kills: None

You return back to the beautiful obsidian statue. Risara smiles, 'Have you found out why my Elementals are behaving strangely?' Risara takes the Ember from you, 'This is not my flame, it came from my Elementals?' You nod. The Avatar of Labreg frowns at you. You suddenly feel very small before her gaze and wonder if you should run. In a reflex of disgust she crushes the Ember in her hand, 'This is a pollution of my fire and one that I cannot tolerate. I must see how far this taint has spread. Meet me in the Flats.'

Stage 3 Minimum Level: 1162 Location:Labreg Depths (Flats) (3, 7) Required Item: None Required Kills: None

Risara gazes over her burning domain, 'It is good that you are here Warrior. You are not born of the flame and are therefor untouched by the corruption running through my Realm. I thank you for all your help.' The Statue folds her arms, 'The Flats have always been favored by my Fire Sprites. They need "room for their enthusiasm", they tell me. I cannot believe that my Sprites have fallen to the taint. They have allays been wild, quite cruel with a strange sense of humor. But they are faithful. Can you search out a chatty Sprite and see what it says.'

Stage 4 Minimum Level: 1162 Location:Labreg Depths (Flats) (19, 14) Required Item: None Required Kills: None

You find a Fire Sprite with a wicked grin waving at you. The little Sprite wrings his hands and giggles at you. In a squeaky voice he chirps, 'Welcome stranger, what brings you to our Realm?' You tell him that Risara asked you to see how her Sprites were doing, and gently ask him if any Sprites been acting strangely recently. The Sprite leans in close and you flinch against the heat, he whispers. 'Some of us have been burning strange colours, but you will need to make them angry. Go kill 300 Fire Sprites, that should cause enough of a ruckus. I shall wait here for you to return.'

Stage 5 Minimum Level: 1162 Location:Labreg Depths (Flats) (19, 14) Required Item: None Required Kills: 300 x Fire Sprite

The Fire Sprite giggles up at you, 'Have you killed 300 Fire Sprites yet?' The Sprite goes completely quiet, his hand goes over his grinning mouth. 'You actually went and did it, I was only joking! Ha ha ha haaaa. When we see Sprites that burn strangely we give them a good kill'n, we don't suffer any traitors to our Obsidian Queen. But as you have been such fun, take this as a token of our respect and tell the Queen there's nowt to worry about from us.' You receive 1 x Chunk of Obsidian

Stage 6 Minimum Level: 1162 Location:Labreg Depths (Flats) (3, 7) Required Item: Chunk of Obsidian Required Kills: None

The Obsidian Queen stands regally before you, 'Did you talk to one of the Fire Sprites?' The Obsidian Statue seems to hold her breath waiting for you to speak. You say, 'The Sprites are completely loyal to you. They sent me on a pointless errand and gave me a useless rock for my troubles, but you have nothing to worry about with the Sprites. They kill any Sprite that shows signs of corruption.' Risara smiles and her eyes glow red for a moment, 'That is good to hear.' She then looks at you, 'You mentioned they gave you something, what was it?' You shrug and hand her the Chunk of Obsidian. She holds the Chunk in both hands and closes her eyes. Her hands glow a fiery red, then she opens them and hands you a beautiful rune. 'It was just their way of making sure I sent you. I think this is more suitable a reward for your troubles?' You receive 1 x Rune of Obsidian. Risara then says, 'If that is meets your satisfaction, please meet me in the Labreg Depths (Cooling).'

Stage 7 Minimum Level: 1164 Location:Labreg Depths (Cooling) (3, 14) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	Risara greets you, Good to see you again Warrior, are you ready for your next task?' 'Excellent, my Domain has fallen into disrepair. The Lava Fungus in this Realm have gone out of control. Please harvest 200 Lava Fungus I shall wait here for your return.'

Stage 8 Minimum Level: 1164 Location:Labreg Depths (Cooling) (3, 14) Required Item: None Required Kills: 200 x Lava Fungus	The Obsidian Queen waits for your return, 'Have you harvested 200 Lava Fungus?' Risara smiles back at you, 'Thank you Warrior. I'm sorry but it is these tasks that make a Kingdom run. I have had word that there are strange Creatures rising in the Magmatum Depths (Vent Holes). Would you please meet me in the Magmatum Depths (Vent Holes) so I can see for myself what is going on there.

Stage 9 Minimum Level: 1166 Location:Magmatum Depths (Vent Holes) (11, 7) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	You find Risara with her fists clenched, rage coursing through her. You cautiously draw near to the obviously angry Queen. She does not even look at you but simply points to what looks like a walking thunderstorm. 'Foul Demons in MY DOMAIN. Destroy them, I want to see 400 of them die!' Kill 400 Pyroclastic Ash Demons

Stage 10 Minimum Level: 1166 Location:Magmatum Depths (Vent Holes) (11, 7) Required Item: None Required Kills: 400 x Pyroclastic Ash Demon

The enraged Obsidian Queen waits for your return, 'Have you destroyed 400 Pyroclastic Ash Demons Warrior?' She bites down another surge of wrath, then in a clipped tone she says, 'A quick death is better than they deserve. We are coming to the edge of my rule, ages past an noble people asked to build a tower on my lands and proved themselves to be worthy of the honor. Unfortunately they succumbed to Shadow and I have to destroy them. Their buildings have lain empty for hundreds of years. I see lights in some of those broken windows, so someone has taken the ruins for themselves without asking my permission. I shall have to visit those who think they can ignore me.' Accompany Queen Risara into the Labsarx Fortress (Gates)

Stage 11 Minimum Level: 1167 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Gateway) (3, 3) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	You find Risara in the dark Fortress, her rage seems to have been honed into a pure fury. Risara hands you a scroll, 'When you enter a Fortress for the first time you are required a gift. Go make mine, I shall find who ever is Lord of this Fortress and deliver it. It shall convey my attitude to them perfectly.' You receive 1 x Risaras Gift Recipe

Stage 12 Minimum Level: 1167 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Gateway) (3, 3) Required Item: Risaras Gift Required Kills: None

Risara waits for you to return, 'Have you made me my Gift?' The Obsidian Queen takes the gruesome object and admires it, 'Truly excellent work Warrior, it looks much more impressive than I thought it would. We should go find out more about who these fools are that ignore my rule, meet me in the Abbey.' The Queen strides off before you can tell her who the Umbar are. You had best tell her what you know when she asks.

Stage 13 Minimum Level: 1169 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Abbey) (16, 8) Required Item: None Required Kills: None

Risara stands over a corpse of strange Umbar. Risara smiles at you, then kicks the corpse at her feet, 'I tried to converse with these fools, but they just opened this book and then the conversation went downhill from there. Then when he realized that I was not to be trifled with he set his own book on fire with his dying breath. I would like to know what is so important about the book that someone would die for it.' Bring Risara a Tome of Umbar.

Stage 14 Minimum Level: 1169 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Abbey) (16, 8) Required Item: Tome of Umbar Required Kills: None

Risara smiles as you return, 'Have you the Tome I wanted?' She opens it and begins to read. Her nose wrinkles in disgust, 'It is like reading very bad poetry. No wonder he was embarrassed about someone else seeing it.' You then tell the Queen as respectfully as you can that the Umbar are Fishermen who have been enslaved by the Shadow Lord and they should be dealt with as soon as possible. She looks over the top of the Tome at you, 'The Shadow Lord? I have not had him knocking at my door in a long time, but that would explain what is happening in my realm. If you are right, and I have no reason to doubt you then we must put an end to these people at once. Which falls nicely into what I wanted to do anyway. Meet me in Nave and we shall put an end to this.'

Stage 15 Minimum Level: 1170 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Nave) (3, 12) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	Risara looks around her, her eyes strangely distant. The Dark Queen calmly points to the advancing throng of Umbar Cardinals, in a soft voice filled with purpose she says, 'They are in my way, kill them all.' Kill 350 Umbar Cardinals.

Stage 16 Minimum Level: 1170 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Nave) (3, 12) Required Item: None Required Kills: 350 x Umbar Cardinal	Risara greets you, 'Nice to see you back, have you dispatched the Umbar Cardinals yet?' The Dark Queen nods, 'Good, we shall enter the Cloister and deliver our message to whoever is behind this vile place.' Meet Queen Risara in the Cloister

Stage 17 Minimum Level: 1170 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Cloister) (12, 12) Required Item: None Required Kills: None

The Obsidian Queen stands by a Halbard driven into the floor with a head of an Umbar stuck on the blade. She waves at a large Dragon roaming about the Cloister, 'That... thing refuses to speak to me. Apparently my Gift seems to have upset it.' She gives you a sly look, 'The Dragon thinks he's some demi-god or something, so go kill it and prove it wrong about it's godhood.' Kill the Magma Dragon Labsarx (Elite)

Stage 18 Minimum Level: 1170 Location:Labsarx Fortress (Cloister) (12, 12) Required Item: None Required Kills: 1 x Magma Dragon Labsarx (Elite)

The Obsidian Queen waits for you to return, 'I do like my battle standard, I think I'll keep it! Have you executed the Magma Dragon Labsarx (Elite) yet?' She beams at you, 'It looks like the Dragon was wrong about it's divinity, so much for evil religions and their bad poetry. I leave triumphant from the battlefield. Don't worry about the rest of the Umbar, I shall have them dead by morning. It's been a good day, take this Armor as a token of my thanks.' You receive 20,480,885 Xp + Armor of the Obsidian Queen
