The dark Monk stands silently in the Dorthan Forest, 'Have you managed to get the Cursed Wanderer Skull?' The Monk takes the dripping skull from you and again murmurs under his breath. The skull then starts to glow and the vile poison that drips from the skulls fangs slows, then eventually stops. He traces a rune on the forehead of the skull with his finger, when he has finished the rune shines with a golden light. 'I have extracted the Hex from the skull. It was potent but rudimentary. I suppose one does not need art when you have brute strength. Take it, I'm guessing it will become useful later. We must make haste, the Witch will sense that one of her own has perished and may be preparing her vengeance. Meet me in Dorthan (Darkhome), we shall face the Witch in her home.' You find the dark Monk standing just inside the door of the Darkhome. He nods slowly, 'As I waited for you're arrival I had a chance to watch the creatures of Darkhome. It is not unexpected that the Witch would have guards protecting her. These are savage undead that kill anything that enters the house of the Witch. She has obviously put much effort into creating her undead guardians which is unusual. Bring me some Bound Sickle Claws, I am interested in what she has done.'

You feel the Monks staring at you from out of his dark cowl. He whispers earnestly, 'Do you have the Bound Sickle Claws I asked for?' He turns them over in his pale hands, you wince as the skin cracks and peels at the movement. 'It's odd. I sense witchcraft obviously but underneath there are arcane weaving's. It's as if the foundations of the spell are arcane in origins. I wonder if Darkhome was originally the mansion of the Mage Dorlag. If it were, there might be a library somewhere.
