You find Silandra staring about in obvious confusion here with her dagger drawn. You are surprised to see Silandra jump at the sound of your voice. 'Oh, I'm sorry. You gave me a start there! I don't know why, but the Sathrin Fae attacked me. When I was dealing with one of the little twits, another actually stole my Rune. I can't cast my spells without it. Can you get my Rune back from the stupid Satherin Fae?'

Silandra cleans her dagger of fresh blood, a body of a Fae lays at her feet, 'I'm getting a bit fed up of these fools. I know that they are a respected part of the Forest, but why do they have to tie my boot laces together? Anyway, did you get my Rune back?' The Wood Elf sighs with relief as you hand over the worn rune, 'Thank you so much. Now I can cast my spells again. I never saw any sign of your Paladin, did you?' Regretfully you shake you head. Silandra frowns, 'Well, maybe she went another way. Anyway, we should leave the Woodland Grove before the Fae decide to pinch something else. Meet me in the Enclave, it's the last truly concealed realm in this part of the Forest.'

You find Silandra standing over the body of a strange beast. The Wood Elf smiles, 'Yes, your dagger came in handy for a second time today. Although I should be worried more about your Paladin.' Silandra points into a small clearing near the very center of the Enclave. You see a tall woman dressed in full plate armor locked in battle with a large creature. Silandra kicks you lightly in the shin, 'Well don't just stand here, go help her!'

Stage 4 Minimum Level: 1900 Location:Sathrin Forest (Enclave) (7, 7) Required Item: None Required Kills: None

A Paladin in full battledress is locked in combat with a large Reanimated Dogman, 'I feel the Light within you. I could use some help here.' The Paladin says over her shoulder, 'We can get acquainted when I'm not fighting for my life. The real problem is not this hairy monster, but his little buddies keep butting in. Kill 20 x Reanimated Dogmen (Champions) which will free me up to finish this beast off.'

Stage 5 Minimum Level: 1900 Location:Sathrin Forest (Enclave) (7, 7) Required Item: None Required Kills: 20 x Reanimated Dogman (Champion)

You return to the Paladin, 'Did you take care of the beasts pals?' The Paladin kicks the huge Dogman in the stomach which pushes him away, 'You hear that ugly, your mates are all dead!' She then decapitates him with a smooth swing of her longsword as he lunges madly at her. The Paladin falls to her knees gasping for breath, 'Alright Warrior, there is another idiot wandering the Enclave. He calls himself Lord Vardinlok (Elite), go kill him and put an end to all his life stealing nonsense.'

The Paladin grins at you whilst she cleans her longsword, 'So is Lord Vardinlok (Elite) dead?' The Paladin sheaths her shining sword then gives you a sideways glance, 'So, how come you know my name then?' You tell her about meeting Father Maylor and your trek across the Sathrin Forest with Silandra in search of her and the source of the evil which was blighting the Forest. Cavanda grins at you, 'That sounds eventful, but I get the impression the fun's just about to start. When I arrived here I discovered that this Vardinlok joker is part of a cult. I don't know anything about it, but it'll be completely bonkers. Cults always are.' 'Anyway, the cult is trying to summon some evil Overlord and they were stealing the life energies from Sathrin Forest to give it to whatever-it-is. Am I rambling? I feel like I'm rambling... The point is, the Cult are not based here, there is a portal in the Woodland Glade that goes straight to wherever they come from. I'll meet you on the other side of the Portal and we'll go splot this monster these fools are summoning.' 'You'd better, say goodbye to the Elven Monk and I'll meet you through the Portal when your done.' Without another word Cavanda strides off towards the Woodland Glade whistling tunelessly to herself.

The Elven Monk smiles at you, 'Was that tall woman in armor the Paladin you were looking for?' Silandra nods, 'That's some good news at least. I was beginning to think that catastrophe had swallowed the entire world.' Tears fall from Silandra's obsidian eyes, 'I'm so happy we found her alive, but what of the corruption that seeps through the Forest?' You sigh and say, 'There was an evil Mage called Lord Vardinlok who was stealing the life from Sathrin Forest, so that his weird Cult could give it to their Overlord they are trying to summon into this world. Vardinlok is slain, but I have to go with Cavanda through the Cults portal and put a stop to this summoning.' The Elven Monk blinks at you, 'Is your life always like this?' Her softly spoken words cause you to pause. You shrug and mumble, 'I suppose so...' Silandra gives you a little smirk, then bows. 'I must admit Warrior that when I first met you, I thought you an unthinking beast simply doing as you were instructed. Our journey together has been, well traumatizing to be honest. I've spilt blood and felt such rage at the toxic evil that crawls across our world. You have taught me some valuable lessons which I shall write down so others can learn what I have done. The phrase "You don't slit someone's throat for kicking your cat" will figure quite prominently in the work I suspect. I want to say that you do not lead an normal existence. Although I sense that the people of these lands can lead their ordinary lives because you walk the Realms doing what you do. Please take care of yourself.
