You return the the group of fishers. 'You have the fish?' the leader asks. 'Hah ha!' the leader exclaims. 'You have done us a wonderful service. Thank you. Please, you must join us for dinner!' You spend the rest of the day eating surprisingly taste steamed fish with the group. The next day, the leader says fair well and hands you an extra fish for your travels. 'Good luck in the future Warrior. You are a good sort.' With that, the fishing party disappear into the swamp with their Quangos in tow. You receive 'Steamed Quango Fish' and 29,985,002 XP.
