Stage 1 Minimum Level: 1450 Location:Vale of the Tower (15, 16) Required Item: None Required Kills: None	You have wandered into a new vale that has appeared off of Grimmnor Forest. In the distance, you can see a strange, tall tower. You start to head in that direction when a voice calls out to you. 'What are you doing walking in the open like that?!?'

Stage 2 Minimum Level: 1450 Location:Vale of the Tower (15, 16) Required Item: None Required Kills: None

You look around for the source of the voice when a bush opens a bit to reveal a beaten and bloodied fellow. The fellow crawls out from under the bushes. 'Is it clear? Are we safe?' You ask him from whom. 'I was coming here to rescue a young woman who is trapped in the tower. She is kept there by magically youthful witches. Just as I was climbing the woman's hair up into her tower, I heard this strange, discordant music and what sounded like singing. It hurt to hear. Then I hear screaming from the tower. I climbed up and into the tower and was attacked! The young woman who is prisoner had gone wild! She didn't recognise me! I had to jump out of the window and slide down her hair to escape but when I got to the bottom of the tower, the witches were waiting for me. I barely escaped with my life.' He shakes his head. 'Some dashing Prince I am! I've been hiding in the bushes since I escaped. Please, the young woman is called Rapunzel. That crazy music had to have twisted her and even effected the Witches. They look younger than ever! They are guarding the tower but I heard one talk about Magical Memory Juice and keeping it from Rapunzel. It would cure her. But I heard her screaming when I escaped. She was pulling her hair back up to get me. You'll need a grappling hook or something to get up there.' You nod. 'I think I have an idea or two here. This is not the first story I've heard of that been twisted and distorted out of true. Wait here. I'll see what I can do.' You turn away, and knowing what you know of this magical curse, draw up an idea of a grappling hook. You receive 'Recipe of Enchanted Grappling Line'.

Stage 3 Minimum Level: 1450 Location:Vale of the Tower (15, 16) Required Item: Enchanted Grappling Line Required Kills: None

You return to the bloodied Prince with the completed Enchanted Grappling Line. As he looks over it, you ask him again about this Magical Memory Juice. 'I don't know much. I hear the witches taking about it. There's something about it that will allow you to restore her memory. But you'll never get close enough! She was like a woman possessed!' 'What?' the Prince says. 'I have an idea.' you repeat. 'Again, this has been brought about by the twisting of the stories in the Forest. I'll need to fashion something from the items in the forest and from the Bards. Wait here.' You turn and again start thinking about what you might need before scribbling it down. You receive 'Recipe of Magical Memory Restorer'

Stage 4 Minimum Level: 1450 Location:Tower of Solitude (3, 10) Required Item: None Required Kills: 1 x Twisted Rapunzel (Elite)

You've climbed the tower with your improvised grappling hook and start stalking quietly through the tower. You have your Magical Memory Restorer rune close to hand. You see golden hair everywhere and you notice it is moving and filled with what looks like thorns and hooks. The magic has twisted the poor girl so much it's worked it's way through her hair too. You let your guard down and with a gentle susurration, the girls hair comes alive, thrashing around you. With a howl, Rapunzel lunges at you! You defend yourself and bring the Magical Memory Restorer out and thrust it towards Rapunzel! She flinches backwards and runs from you but not before a loop of her hair catches the hand with the rune and jerks you off balance, flinging the rune into another room!

Stage 5 Minimum Level: 1450 Location:Tower of Solitude (3, 5) Required Item: None Required Kills: 1 x Twisted Rapunzel (Elite)

Rapunzel has retreated in the face of the Memory Restorer but you don't think that'll last, especially since she knocked it from your hands! You run towards where you last saw it and you see the Magical Memory Restorer Rune glittering in the corner of the room. Just as you pick the the rune up, you hear the susurrus of hair flowing over the stones! She's returned! You turn, using your shield to block the frenzied attack. Rapunzel uses her ensorceled hair to pull your shield down, just as you'd planned. The shield had blocked her sight of the rune in your other hand. As the shield is yanked downward, she lunges forward, right into the rune which you press against Rapunzel's forehead. She utters a piercing scream that swiftly turns into a wail before she falls mercifully unconscious. You notice that the Rune has cracked and it's magic is flowing with greater power. Looks like your original recipe contained the magic a little too effectively. You look at the unconscious young woman. As you watch, Rapunzel's face relaxes, her hair straightens and returns to normal. The enchantment has been broken! You make Rapunzel comfortable and search the tower for a way down. You do so, gather up Rapunzel in your arms and go to meet the bloodied Prince. You receive 'Cracked Magical Memory Restorer'

Stage 6 Minimum Level: 1450 Location:Vale of the Tower (15, 16) Required Item: None Required Kills: 20 x Strangely Youthful Witch

You guide the now conscious Rapunzel to the bloodied Prince, where you'd first met him. She runs to him and they embrace. She pulls away and looks at him. 'I'm so sorry I hurt you!' she cries. The Prince looks a little sheepish but says 'That was down to sorcery. It's not your fault!' They smile when a group of voices call from the surrounding forest. 'You can't leave precious one! We need your magic!' A group of the Strangely Youthful Witches emerge from the surrounding forest. Rapunzel turns to you and asks for your skinning knife. Once she assures you she's not going to hurt herself you do so, then turn to hold the Witches off. You hold the witches back long enough for Rapunzel to take a handful of her head and your skinning knife and slices the vast length on hair off. As one, the itches shriek in horror and disintegrate into dust. You turn to Rapunzel, who looks a little shocked but she smiles. The magic is gone. Maybe now the Prince and I can lead a normal life! They both smile at you and you wish them all the best for their future. With that, you head back into the Forest to see what else the Corrupted Bards have set askew. You receive 10,132,202 XP.
