Stage 4 Minimum Level: 3550 Location:Quango Island (Beach) (4, 27) Required Item: None Required Kills: 200 x Beach Quango	You return to the second group. 'Have you cleared the Quangos?' 'Thank you so much!' the group leader says. 'I'm afraid all we have to offer is this fetching hat!' You take the hat and thank them for it. You receive 'Beach Quango Feather Sun Hat' and 98,271,813 XP.
